Liasing with other relevant workers, liasing with significant others, attending CPA reviews, 117 discharge meetings and ensuring responsible action relevant to their individual service user welfare needs.
In a typical year Mary Seacole House will support approx. 100 people, which also includes an outreach service.
Group activities for service users give structure to the day and also help to build self-confidence and assertiveness, the groups often act as an impetus for service users becoming more active within the wider community.
