Training Courses - Cultural awareness in Mental Health
Mary Seacole House has been providing mental health services for people primarily from black and racial minorities for over a decade.

Did you know that black people are three times more likely to be admitted into psychiatric hospitals than white people?

Did you know that it is now compulsary for all staff that work in mental health care to be competent on issues involving cultural sensitivity?


We can offer you a comprehensive training package that will cover areas addressing:


  • Race and Mental Health

  • Cultural Awareness

  • Anti Oppressive Practices and Mental Health
